Improve BJH OS Desktop Right-Click Menu Options and Functionality

BJH OS already includes a right-click (context) menu on the desktop, but it is currently not useful, lacks important options, and does not match the modern BJH OS user experience. This issue aims to improve the existing right-click menu and make it functional, clean, and helpful for users.
